Digital Content
Under European law, you have the right to return your purchases within 14 days after you have received the goods, unless you have purchased custom goods (for example, astrological reports, tarot readings, and other personalised products.
Under European law, if you wish to make a return a digital product after a purchase (e-book, video, course, digital music track, digital audio, pdfs, etc.) the law considers that the usage of the product starts at the moment of purchase and therefore, there is no obligation on the part of the seller to authorize the return.
This website has the obligation to ask for your express agreement (ex: by inviting you to check a box) to accept the purchase of digital content without the right of returning it once purchased. Before you purchase, you are obliged to accept Terms and Conditions, following GDPR Regulations that are effective since May 25th, 2018. You will lose your right to return digital products if you agree to receive them before 14 days after the purchase.
Physical Goods
The shop currently does not have any physical good (only digital). However, in the case physical goods are sold, you have the right to return physical goods within 14 days after purchase if the product is in its original packaging (sealed and unused). The product will be 100% refunded by exception of delivery costs, as it is considered as a service already delivered. The cost of delivery of the returned good will be paid by the buyer.
