Two planets connected by an aspect are not isolated forces. They form a system.
Each one follows its own direction. Each one possesses a function the other cannot fulfill. When you try to respond to one without listening to the other, you may feel that one part of you interrupts, contradicts, or invalidates what the other needs to do.
But the tension does not exist to force you to choose.
The aspect contains an intention: something that can only come to life through the encounter between these two forces. What you experience as conflict may be the internal pressure of a form of coherence that has not yet found its movement.
